Yoga goes far beyond simple physical postures. Through the practice of yoga, we seek to achieve a harmonious state of mind and body, as exercise on the body leads to letting go of the mind. It also leads to a better balance, the right balance.

After a yoga session, you're relaxed. The mind is focused on one thing: adopting the desired position, breathing, letting go of tension, listening to the sensations sent by the body.

Once you've prepared the ground, removed all obstacles and cleared the way, a process of inner transformation begins.

In the end, you discover that yoga is a state of mind, a state of BEING...
